TheEducational program

This means that in addition to working with recreationists we also have an educational program to create competition boxers and competition kickboxers. We mainly try to give the youth a chance at this, but naturally we do not exclude the older people. So do not let the opportunity be taken away from you. Because of our affiliation with the boxing association this offers nice opportunities. 

TheLessons

We offer a wide range of lessons. All our classes are dynamic. In addition to working on fitness, we find it very important as a boxing school that people understand the foundation of boxing, so that they experience even more fun and passion for the sport.

01.Boxing Fitness Training

The Boxing Fitness Training is the specific boxing, fitness and weight training. This training was created by Michel van Halderen. Michel is sports and boxing trainer as well as former trainer of Barry Groenteman, Danny Moi Thuk Shung, Hassan Ait Bassou and Richard Asare.

The Boxing fitness training is an overall workout which mainly focuses on the energy system of the human body. In this workout we mostly train with the punching bag and, in addition, separate strength elements are used. In short, you are fully engaged in getting your entire body in shape. Which is why you’ll quickly see results. This training is for all levels. Our trainers pay close attention to all athletes present so that they can safely work on their overall condition.

02.Bag training

The bag training is for both boxers as well as kickboxers. In this lesson you are working on the punching bag for endurance and technique. A lot of attention is paid to the overall fitness of the body and the proper execution on the bag. In this lesson we keep a close eye on the energy system of the human body, just like in the Boxing Fitness Training. The lesson is also suited for all levels, because we believe that people help each other improve. In addition to working on fitness, you also learn the basic foundations of the sport.

03.Classic Boxing

At classic boxing we pay particular attention to the technical foundation within the noble art of self-defense. A lot of attention is paid to all technical elements that are necessary in order to become a good boxer. During these trainings sparring takes place, but this is not mandatory! In case you don’t want to spend the last fifteen minutes of the lesson sparring, it is always an option to go a couple of rounds on the punching bag.

04.Kickboxing

At kickboxing we pay particular attention to the technical foundation within the kickboxing sport. A lot of attention is paid to all technical elements that are necessary in order to become a good kickboxer. During these trainings sparring takes place, but this is not mandatory! 05.Beginners lessons boxing

Often the threshold to participate in the regular boxing and kickboxing lessons is a little high. This is why we have started providing lessons for beginners. In these lessons we teach you the complete basics of boxing and kickboxing. We extensively teach you all the basic elements that you’ll need to be able to participate in the regular lessons with a good and confident feeling.

06.Kickboxing ages 8 - 16

Youth boxing and kickboxing up to the age of 12 combines a lot of technical basic elements with game elements. The children will be working on learning the skills within the sport for 45 minutes. This will be mixed with specific game elements. As a real boxing school, quality comes first and we think it is very important that the youth enjoy what they do.

From ages 10 to 15 it becomes a little more serious and we will focus less on the game elements. With the younger kids we will focus more on technical elements and a few light forms of sparring. For the ambitious young people we work with a scouting system in order to fully prepare them in case they have competition ambitions. Discipline and respect are of paramount importance.

07.Advanced boxing and competition teams

This boxing training is mainly aimed at athletes who have boxing experience for some time and competitive boxers. A very serious competition-oriented training.
